1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Blog, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a parent or guardian), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Blog following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms apply to all visitors, readers, and others who access or use the Blog. If you are using the Blog on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2Blog Content & Purpose

The ET101 Blog provides educational content, tips, guides, and information related to junk removal, estate cleanouts, hoarding cleanup, home transitions, and related topics serving Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and surrounding suburbs. All content is intended for general informational purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any content from the Blog at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that all content is current, accurate, or complete at all times.

3Intellectual Property

All content published on the Blog — including text, articles, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, and the overall design — is the exclusive property of Easy Transitions 101, LLC or its content suppliers, and is protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and read Blog content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce or copy any Blog content for commercial purposes
• Sell, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Blog
• Modify or create derivative works without our express written consent
• Scrape or systematically extract content from the Blog using automated tools
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices

Brief quotations from Blog content are permitted for commentary, criticism, or educational reference, provided that proper attribution to Easy Transitions 101 and a link back to the original post are included.

4Permitted Use

You may use the Blog for lawful purposes only. Permitted uses include:

• Reading and sharing Blog articles for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Linking to Blog posts from your own website or social media with proper attribution
• Subscribing to the Blog newsletter and receiving email updates

• Using any automated system or software to extract data from the Blog (“scraping”)
• Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Blog
• Harassing, threatening, or causing distress to other users or ET101 personnel

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Blog at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, ET101, or third parties.

6Comments & User Content

The Blog may allow you to submit comments, questions, or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Easy Transitions 101, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display that content in connection with the Blog and our business.

You represent and warrant that any User Content you submit:

• Is your original work and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
• Does not contain spam, solicitations, or unsolicited promotions
• Does not violate any applicable law or regulation
• Does not contain any personal information of third parties without their consent

We reserve the right — but are not obligated — to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion and without notice. ET101 does not endorse any User Content submitted by third parties.

7Third-Party Links

The Blog may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services — including scheduling platforms, social media networks, video hosting services, and external references. These links are provided for your convenience only.

ET101 has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk and subject to that website’s own terms and privacy policy.

8Disclaimer of Warranties

The Blog and all content, materials, information, and services made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Transitions 101, LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The Blog will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from use of the Blog will be accurate, reliable, or complete
• Any errors or defects on the Blog will be corrected
• The Blog will meet your specific requirements or expectations

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Transitions 101, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or related to your access or use of the Blog, even if ET101 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall ET101’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD).

10Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Easy Transitions 101, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your use of or access to the Blog
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any copyright, intellectual property, or privacy right
• Any User Content you submit to the Blog
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

11Privacy

Your use of the Blog is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Blog, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Blog uses cookies and similar tracking technologies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Blog shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact ET101 directly at Victor@EasyTransitions101.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ET101 will make a good-faith effort to respond within 30 days.

13Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice via a banner on the Blog or an email to subscribers.

Your continued use of the Blog after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue your use of the Blog.
